TensorFlow is an open source system developed by Google and is applied for deep learning implementation. Upon being released under an open source licence in 2015 the system has given a wide range of enterprises who are keen on implementing their artificial intelligence (AI) strategy a distinct marketplace advantage.
Environments in everything from health, manufacturing and robotics to marine biology, mass transit and even language translation, TensorFlow has nearly limitless applications. Among the products which already use TensorFlow include Google search, Google Photos, and Google Translate.
TensorFlow allows simpler construction, training and deployment of complex deep neural nets, enabling applications that allow machine learning to exist beyond research labs. As an open-source technology, enterprises are able to implement deep learning applications within their capabilities.
Now, with this 3-day Workshop, participants will experience a hands-on learning opportunity in an intimate 30-student classroom with quality time from a deep learning specialist. Each participant will take away a deeper understanding of TensorFlow and how it can be used within their industries.
TensorFlow Workshop Itinerary
TO TENSORFLOW
Computational graphs, tools, building simple iterative algorithms, TensorFlow variables and examples of minimization.
Introduction to basic ideas of supervised machine learning, linear models and their error metrics, gradient descent algorithm, stochastic and mini-batch variants.
Exercises: Logistic regression and softmax classification.
NEURAL NETWORK
Assembly neural networks from linear models of Day 1, XOR problem and limitation of linear models, the ability of non-linear responses, importance of activation functions of weight initialization. The extension of basic networks into deep networks. Introduction of higher-level layer API and various approaches dealing with overfitting.
Examination of common architectures, the mathematics and implementation in TensorFlow. Exercises: Expanding the model.
ARCHITECTURE FOR NEURAL NETWORKS
Demonstration of algorithm to produce adversarial noise, inception architecture and its specific implementation, the DeepDream algorithm, implementation and uses of variational autoencoders.
Introduction of recurrent architecture for neural networks, backpropagation problem and the solution of long-short term memory, applications of recurrent networks and a text-generation algorithm example.
